Every Sundance home is protected through Quality Builders Warranty (QBW), backed by Liberty Mutual. Coverage includes a one-year builder warranty, two-year systems coverage, and a ten-year structural warranty.
During the builder warranty period, Sundance Design Build works directly with you. Long-term structural coverage is administered through QBW.
